Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert-level Power BI skills to design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with project managers to align dashboards with project goals and objectives.
• Leverage strong database skills to extract data from multiple sources, perform data quality checks and filtering techniques, organize data to the required formats to enable data analysis for different business use cases.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and visualization.
• Mentor and collaborate with data analysts and data engineers across the organization to develop standards and best practices.

Requirement:

• Hands-on experience in new product development, gated processes, and/or product commercialization.
• Strong technical writing abilities to provide high-quality documentation and standard work.
• Programing experience using Python, RESTful webservices, and JSON are a plus.

Key Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, cleaning and preparation.
• Proficiency with data modeling and data analysis tools.
• Expertise in programming languages Java, Python, R, SAS, Scala, SQL.
• Experience with statistical and mathematical analysis.
