•  Work with product managers to gather test requirements
•  As a Senior IVR Tester, you will develop test plans and execute end-to-end test plans
•  Document test results and publish reports

1. 1. Must Haves

• On-Site in Ewing, NJ (3 days a week on-site from Day 1 start)
• IVR/Contact Center specific testing
• Cyara tool for automation
• Telephony – nice to have

Primary Skills

* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent or in related field

* Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony solution

* Telephony and/or CxOne product testing experience is required

* Demonstrated Telephony QA skills * Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, influencing and technical skills

* Automation testing knowledge is preferred

* Telephony automation tools is nice to have - (i.e., Cyara, Hammer)
