Ø Java SDK 1.8 Ø Java Spring Framework Ø Spring Boot (Embedded Tomcat) Ø Secure Coding Practices (Experience with exposure to Fortify or Sonar) Ø REST & SOAP API Ø Experience working on Agile Methodology Ø Familiarity with Oracle Database Ø Ability to write Unit Test Case and Integration Test Cases Ø Automated Integration/Regression Test Cases (Experience with Cucumber, Groovy or other tools) Other Skills: Ø Great Communication Skills Ø Engaged Team Player Ø Willingness to Learn Ø Agile Philosophy / Mindset Good to have: Ø Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture concepts Ø Micro Services Ø 2 Factor Authentication (OAuth) Ø Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools Ø Some DevOps Experience/Exposure (Chef, Bamboo) Ø Knowledge of performance tuning in Oracle database (ability to recognize that indexing/performance tuning could be an issue) Ø Oracle Stored Procedures PL/SQL (relatively important skill) Ø Experience with JIRA Ø Experience Working w/ Cloud Services (AWS/Azure)
