REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience with ServiceNow Platform
- ITSM and ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping Certification
Duties include:
- Understanding environment and defining trusted data sources
- Assess and Aligning CI classes
- Creating relationship maps, leveraging service mapping capabilities
- Applying best practices for CMDB with Incident, Problem, & Change Mgmt
- Code, test and promote assigned Stories
- They’d like to have this resource onsite at least initially to get acquainted with the GPI team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
