Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Understanding new requirements, updating the system and Knowledge transfer.
- Involved in configuration and customization.
- Involved in deployment from Development to Production environment through Update-sets.
- Involved in writing workflows, Validations and creating Service Catalogs.
- Implementing new Business logic using scripts, Business rules, UI Policies for various functional needs in the application.
- Involved in addressing Support cases for changes in Incident, Change, SR Management applications.
