Required skills:
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge & experience in SFDC Service cloud implementation.
- Functional/process knowledge in SFDC Service area.
- Good understanding in Government Cloud is a must, specially how security/authentication/encryption work in GovCloud
- Experience in SFDC security roles definition/implementation
- Integration development experience (preferably from/to SAP).
- SFDC Government Cloud project implementation experience is preferred.
- Only US Citizens required.
