Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients and the business. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using programming languages/technologies, e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, produce high-quality code, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Continuously improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing updates. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3years of experience in software development.
