Software Developer

Responsiblites:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications, or other languages as required, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions for web applications.
• Write, test, and debug code for web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize web application performance, including front-end and back-end components, to ensure fast load times and responsiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and Java frameworks, incorporating new tools and practices to enhance development processes.
• Manage and implement data migrations and ETL processes as required, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the development process.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained, addressing vulnerabilities in web applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal application performance.
• Perform tasks across the entire technology stack, including database, server-side, and client-side components.
• Handle full-stack development tasks, including both front-end and back-end development to ensure cohesive application performance.
• Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.
