Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, design, implementation, verification, and deployment for custom applications according to specifications.
• Participate in maintenance of existing custom applications.
• Work in conjunction with lead developer on projects and ensure that your work is compatible with, and does not duplicate the work of others.
• Diagnose and repair software problems or bugs, assist end users with technical issues and help to resolve those problems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
• Train end users on custom applications

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of object-oriented design/development.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively and efficiently alone or with a team to meet deadlines.
