Software Engineer

 Responsibilities:

• Perform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in both development and production environments.
• Continuously improve software applications through iterative development, enhancements, and system updates.
• Ensure software solutions are compliant with Navy regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Document software designs, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for software users, including Navy personnel.
• Participate in code reviews, software design reviews, and continuous learning to stay current with the latest development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, ideally with experience in military, defense, or government contracting environments.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with software development tools and frameworks, including version control systems IDEs, and debugging tools.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with Navy operations, defense software systems, or military standards is a plus.
