Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing core, back-end software components
- Designing appropriate solutions that meets needs at different levels of scale
- Breaking down large ambiguous problems into smaller projects that can be solved incrementally
- Planning technical growth strategy for various systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Software Engineering work experience, including hands-on experience implementing highly scalable and available systems
- 7+ years experience programming in one of the following languages: JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Python, and/or PHP
- Experience with scalability patterns in various storage systems, databases, and search engines
