Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Scripting: Configure and script on the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Strong Hands-on experience on UI/UX designing.
  • Strong experience in designing web components using AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Service portal - Creating custom widgets, Pages and understanding of existing custom widgets.
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, UI page, UI Builder, Web Services, and Jelly.
  • Strong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript (with Widget customizations).
  • Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflows and orchestration processes within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks and streamline business processes.
  • Service Catalog: Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, including the creation of catalog items, variables, and associated workflows to support IT and non-IT service requests.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide real-time insights into service management and operational efficiency.
  • Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage and prioritize incidents and tasks assigned to the group
  • Work directly with users to resolve Incidents and complete tasks within ServiceNow
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process knowledge articles for the team
  • Work with developers on defects found in the platform

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with large language models and AI systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
