Requirements:

6+ years proven Salesforce platform experience with Apex and VisualForce experience
Salesforce Admin experience (this is preferred, dev skills are the main)
Marketing Cloud experience
Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and Integration experience
App Builder Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification or Platform Developer I Certification
Experience with Salesforce DX and Lightning Platform
Experience with GitHub, ANT, Jenkins, etc.
Experience with web development technologies such Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Webservices, and relational databases
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment is a must
Experience with TDD/ATDD, paired programming and Agile development techniques
DevOps mindset and experience
ETL/Informatica development experience and Insurance experience would be nice to have
Lead Developer (5 +Years) - Hands on
Salesforce Certifications
