Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Interact with end-users to assist in problem definition and system management. Analyze and solve problems or forward to appropriate next level of support.
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of service monitoring tools and integrations.
- Perform proactive analysis to identify potential problems and recommend performance enhancements.
- Provide requirements and recommendations for service-level monitoring best practices and assist in the implementation of monitoring tools.
- Work closely with other IT team members to understand infrastructure, network, and applications behind the services being monitored.
- Research and evaluate new and updated products, features, and capabilities in monitoring tools to ensure continual service improvement. Assist with new system selection, implementation, testing, and training.
