Responsiblities:
- Assist Functional Consultant in Software implementation according to targeted project timeline on the user requirement study, system setting, user acceptance test, assist end-user in software parallel run.
- Understand the business needs of customer/users and to translate such needs into functional specifications for developers/engineers.
- Evaluate and improve system functions and features.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and system documentation.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- University graduates in IT related field of studies.
- Minimum 5 years related working experience.
- Experience in software project implementation, end-user support or application support.
- Experience in developing systems in ERP, Accounting, Inventory or similar enterprise systems
- Experience in business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing.
