System Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business system processes, translate client business needs into requirements documentation. Develop systems documentation to include source code, technical documentation including user documentation.
• Utilize Atlassian tools to develop user stories, functionality updates, track Change Request and communicate with Stakeholders and development team.
• Gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements to design, develop, and implement customized technical documents. Partner with and write documentation for internal teams such as developers and programmers. Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and incorporate into the needed design specification.
• Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non- technical audience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in/as Systems Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in/as Technical Writer.
• 3 + years of experience with software development methodologies and technologies.
• 2+ years MS Word, Power point, Excel, MS Project experience.
• 2+ years of Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk Support.
