- Tivoli Enterprise Portal; and Lotus Notes.
- Working experience with system Monitoring tools.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication.
- Strong Recovery Management skills.
- Has previous experience working with external clients.

- Has previous experience working in an 24x7 Operations environment
