Ui Developer

Responsiblties:

Guides stakeholders and customers on the HCD methods and methodology (why using them, what they are, outcomes of using them) and how they apply.
Contributes to building alignment among stakeholders regarding scope, problems to be solved, the approach, and deliverables.
Works collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders in the business to execute research based on agreed-upon strategy.
Applies defined human-centered design approaches to research and problem solving that effectively leads to innovative, desirable, feasible and viable solutions.
Assists with coordination of customer and end-user engagement throughout projects and reports to project manager to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Works on tasks associated with human-centered design events and sessions in response to provided direction.
Solves routine problems within the work group using human-centered design methodology and established procedures.

Design Research - Implements ethnographic research by connecting directly with customers and/or end-users to build empathy and understanding; participatory research by engaging and collaborating with customers to uncover the unknowns and redefine the problem; or evaluative research by co-designing with customers to assess the usability of a proposed solution in order to discover insights, ideate a desired path to a better solution, or share findings.
