Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes well defined software processes, such as Agile, to work in a rapid development environment as part of a development team.
- Develops integration code to connect and interface systems and services.
- Develops solutions that utilize open standards and ICDs to promote interoperability through service based architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, experience, and team performance.
- Executes all visual design stages from concept to pre-production hand-off to developers.
- Conducts user research and analyze user feedback against design requirements to reflect within design work.
Requirement:
- Experience working in Agile environments and facilitating working sessions across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to advocate design principals and approach.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of user-centered design/human centered design principles.
