Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- User-Centric Design: Conduct in-depth user research to understand the needs, pain points, and preferences of our target audience, which includes advertisers, media agencies, and marketing professionals. Use the insights to craft user personas and journey maps to inform the design process.
- Information Architecture: Create clear and organized information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes that articulate the platform's structure and functionality to improve usability and simplify complex data analytics.
- Visual Design: Develop visually stunning and consistent interface designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and collaborate throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user interactions and satisfaction.
- Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure our platform adheres to accessibility standards, making it usable and inclusive for all users, regardless of their abilities or assistive technologies.
- User Education: Develop user guides, tooltips, and onboarding experiences to help users understand the platform's features and capabilities effectively.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and TV advertising measurement to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with TV advertising, media measurement, or ad tech industries will be a significant advantage.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Prototyping Skills: Experience with interactive prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, Marvel, or Proto.io to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- User-Centered Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data requirements and transform them into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
