UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Possess a firm grasp of accessibility and usability guidelines and best practices.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of user experience research and testing methods.
• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding our client's mission, values, and ethical standards.
• Balance and prioritize multiple projects within diverse timelines.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in interactive design or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues related to typography, layout, applications, and hardware.
• Extensive prototyping experience.
• Responsive and adaptive experience.

Key Skills:

• Branding, typography and color theory.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Style guides.
• User research and personas.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Key industry tools, including Sketch.
