UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Deliver the best possible user experience across our products; both physical and digital.
Work with and leads product categories, engineers, and developers on the customer experience and interface needs on a range of pet products, native apps, and websites.
Establish, design within, maintain and evolve UX/UI guidelines, processes and design systems ensuring their effective implementation across products and services.
Create wireframes, visual comps, prototypes, style guides, and other deliverables as needed to effectively communicate and evaluate designs
Harmonize with Industrial Design on product design concepts and user touch-points.
Partner with research and insights to run in-home use tests, surveys, and qualitative studies.
Collaborate with developers to create iterative, interactive prototypes to evaluate through user testing.
Create visual designs bringing the customer experience to life in the associated app.
Represent and advocate customer-centered design within teams and throughout the organization.
Work with developers and engineers to oversee changes through to completion and be accountable for the finished quality of the product experience.
Contribute to the professional development of other UX/UI team members.
