UX Designer

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent design-related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a visual User Interface (UI) designer, User Experience (UX) designer role in designing enterprise software applications.
• Demonstrate graphic design expertise through design concepts, case studies, documentation, mockups, and style guides
• Experience designing interactions for complex systems - mouse and touch-based environments.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes with design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe CC tools
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of graphic design.
• Must be able to navigate differing opinions on designs and guide the thought process of cross-functional team members towards a user experience that meets the goals of our clients.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues in web, mobile-first and responsive designs.
• Understanding of modern software platforms and tools, especially HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to demonstrate visual design expertise, including gathering raw data from various sources and developing comprehensive and visually engaging designs.
• Experience in graphic design, typography, iconography, and brand style guides.
