LMS Specialist/Developer:

Compile, review, and process course enrolment data for existing LMS Analyze support case data to identify and prioritize root problems with existing LMS Understand client requirements to redesign the existing LMS system - you will participate in all aspects of LMS content remodelling, system upgrades, research and resolve functionality issues, create user guides and liaise with LMS service providers to facilitate best practices Configure an LMS to support online, hybrid, and blended instruction Coordinate with user interphase developer to develop the front-end LMS user interface with a focus on usability Develop support operations in new LMS, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions Perform user acceptance testing of all online modules Perform rigorous testing of enhancements and new functionalities to the LMS Create and deploy KPIs for all aspects of system performance Create detailed documentation for SOPs, how to manuals and FAQs with support of content creators
