Job Duties include: Lead efforts for analysis of systems and development activities. Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and deliverables. Interface with functional resources and users to design, code and test solutions for complex business requirements or problems. Qualifications: Candidates must possess the equivalent of a minimum of eight years of full-time, increasingly responsible experience in systems analysis and development. Experience must include four years in systems analysis, design, and four years of development in PeopleSoft Platform. PeopleSoft experience must include time working in PeopleSoft systems, programming with SQR, SQL Server, PS Query, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Designer. Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.1 or higher preferred. Demonstrated strong understanding and application of cross-functional projects. Skilled at communicating technical concepts and problem solutions to business users and peers in an effective manner. Ability to work effectively with staff and representatives from user departments. Skilled at utilizing Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Minimum Requirements for Classification: The equivalent of two years full time experience designing, developing, analyzing, supporting and implementing complex software systems with a Bachelor’s degree with a major in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Or 5 years of experience without a degree.
