Job Description Application Support Analyst What you will be doing! Handles the support of all Fiserv Premier and supporting applications including but not limited to: Navigator, Director, Integrated Teller, BPM, Source Capture, CWS, Wire Xchange, Online Banking, ACH Manager, Business Analytics and Fiserv Commercial Center Responsible for supporting systems administration related tasks for the software including processes and interfaces. Coordination between vendors, IT, and Business units. Handles the Security Provisioning of the various Software Applications, to include new user setup access, maintaining ongoing password resets and terminations. Monitoring of Incident / Case tracking – troubleshooting and resolving cases as assigned in an acceptable SLA. What will get you the job! At least 5 years’ experience in the Financial Industry / Retail Bank Environments At least 5 years’ Banking system experience with Fiserv Premier solutions and the supporting applications. Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting software applications – within the IT or Business operations area. Working knowledge and understanding of all environments involved with the Business Units applications, which includes parameter settings, network, and application analysis.
