We are looking for candidates who identify with the previous listed qualities and are interested in a position within our Customer Service Department - Assistant Customer Service/Sales Manager.

About the Job:

As a Customer Service Manager with Blue Science you are part of the beating pulse of the company! Customer Service Reps work out of the main office and focus their attention on serving the client. The main objective of this position is to make the customer happy! Whether your managing your team, managing a complaint, coordinating with a field manager, or running your departmentSERVICEto the client is the primary objective.

Core Position Objectives:

  • Assist in managing the customer service and sales team
  • Conduct audits of the customer service team and department
  • Ensure all calls are answered in real time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail
  • BE A CLOSER, one call close for new customer sign ups
  • Maintain a high signup rate for new customers coming onto service
  • Listen to customer complaints and work with the Customer Service Team on a resolution
  • Be a Listener, Be Service Minded
  • Coordinate with our field staff in a support role
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years in Customer Service Management, Retail Management, or another applicable management field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Must Take ownership for actions
  • Must be comfortable on the phone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Background in Service and Management
  • Good job history

Compensation:

  • Salary: $45,000 to $53,000 based on experience
  • Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision
  • Paid time off
  • 401k with company match
