Passionate. Zealous. Courageous. Smart. Creative.
Is this you? We are looking for an attorney who rises up when a case starts to fall apart. An advocate who is energized when facing well-funded and aggressive corporate lawyers. A counselor who believes in defending Texans against hostile national enterprises.
This position is challenging and not for the faint of heart
We seek justice for Texans who have been preyed upon and abused by lenders or insurance companies. Our clients are fighting for their homes or businesses. National banks, out-of-state lenders, the government, and large insurance companies have seemingly inexhaustible supplies of money and lawyers. Plus, they contribute heavily to judicial campaigns. This role calls for a creative and tireless litigator who relishes David vs. Goliath opportunities.
Focus on Attorney-level work, not administrative tasks
We value teamwork. Most cases are assigned an attorney, paralegal, a case manager, & legal assistant. These non-attorney team members play a critical role in the support and success of our cases. They handle client intake, document coordination, discovery and motion drafting, faxing, e-filing, and other tasks.
Compensation + Benefits:
We are a plaintiff s firm. This is a meritocracy. Compensation is a salary plus outcome-based settlement plan. No cap, no ceiling, and you get paid as the firm gets paid. We pay all licensing and continuing education. You will be given a running start via assignment of cases from our substantial client base.
On Target Earnings (OTE) for Year 1 is $70,000. You will carry 50+ cases giving you diversification and solid future earning potential.
The benefits package includes paid time off, Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical, dental, & vision insurance plans; plus various AFLAC plans including long & short term disability.

Our firm is a professional environment, yet we strive to have fun. Business casual attire is allowed. You will be in court weekly and must keep Court appropriate attire on hand.

Employees are expected to be empathetic to a clients situation, considering if you were in their shoes, and treat them with respect at all times.
