Job description Primary Responsibilities:
Completes entry level assignments with a single or narrow focus Completes unit testing successfully; assists others with debugging and testing program logic Assignments principally involve assisting more senior personnel with maintenance, making simple modifications or expansion of existing systems which are well defined and deal with routine business transactions / issues Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners Able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring Willing to learn new technology Configuration management like SVN, TFS etc. Open for Development and Support and be able to manage the team as well Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
B.Tech/MCA/Graduation (Minimum 1-10 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant) 1+ years of experience in Software Development and have managerial skills Technical Documentation & project planning experience Strong knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET 4.0, Entity Framework, MVC Framework, Web services, WCF Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS Good knowledge of complete ITIL process Well understanding of SDLC process and Break Fix process Well understanding and execution of Testing Methodologies & Performance Testing Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute) Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualification:
Worked with AGILE principles Exposure to Java technologies
Education UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG :MCA in Any Specialization
