API development experience in multiple development languages (e. g. node JS, JavaScript, Python, Java, c#)
Experience or Familiarity with AWS tech (e. g. Lambda, Lex, SE, Dynamo, Chat)
Business Knowledge : Previous experience with Customer facing Contact Center Technology.
