We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst or Data Analyst to join our team in New York. Responsibilities:
For Business Analyst:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze business processes and identify areas of improvement
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
Help bridge the gap between technical and business teams
For Data Analyst:
Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources
Create visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights
Support data validation and reporting processes
Work closely with business units to understand data needs
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python (for Data Analyst)
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Jira, or MS Visio
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
