Branch Sales Manager

Affinity Integrated Solutions (ADT Authorized Dealer) is looking for Branch Sales Manager, who wants to jump in head-first and assist in building our company. You will directly contribute to the growth and development by managing a team of sales representatives focused on driving new business. You ll build by hiring, training, coaching and leading your team to success.

What You ll Do:

  • Hire, Train, Lead and coach a team of successful Sales Representatives with a proven Sales Process
  • Develop, motivate and retain top performers
  • Setting Objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Engage your team daily with interactive meetings, and challenge them to produce
  • Work with your Regional Manager to optimize growth
  • Lead your sales team to success in hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
