Key responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution of our Global Advisors program. Build strong relationships with Advisors, who are industry leaders, talent and C-Suite executives

  • Plan bi-annual Advisor meetings and quarterly calls. Prepare strategy-centered presentations and discussions and present to senior-level executives and partners

  • Enable Advisor-executive relationships and identify mutually beneficial opportunities that demonstrate a clear understanding of partner values and our business goals

  • Own regular communication to executive and advisor teams, including bi weekly updates and monthly newsletters

  • Maximize investment in brand partnerships and optimize activations to make the biggest impact on our consumers and partners

  • Lead strategy and programming for bi-annual Verizon Media product showcase and celebration event

  • Lead cross-functional planning and effectively manage communication with key teams, including PR, events, product, creative, legal, finance, and social, to execute programs and meet deliverables and deadlines

  • Push the boundaries on what’s been done before to develop creative partnerships and activations to drive meaningful results

  • Manage budget and contracts

Required Skills:

  • 8-10+ years experience in corporate marketing including partnerships and events at a media or technology company or agency

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management

  • Experience working with C-Suite executives and high profile talent 

  • Product minded. Previous experience working with product teams

  • Results-driven and takes initiative, working independently and proactively to come up with new ideas

  • Ability to think big picture as well as plan for detail oriented execution

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and relationship-management skill

  • Strong time and project management abilities

You will be responsible for creating and executing enterprise-level initiatives including a C-Suite executive Advisor program, global product showcase events, and innovation programs.

The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in ideating and pitching partnership ideas and developing exciting activations from a corporate marketing standpoint.
