Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts research including identification of trends and cost regarding claims staffing, logistics or budget/expense
  • Primary liaison between Claims and internal business partners, including Facilities, Licensing, Training, Telephony and HR for Claims logistics and coordination support
  • Analyzes staffing and budget information and provides recommendations to assist with the management and allocation of business resources

Additional Details:

  • May be required to obtain product/software licensing
  • Job may require travel overnight via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to any office locations where the Company does business, or other locations to conduct/attend training, conferences, meetings, and/or seminars
  • May be required to work additional hours, overtime hours, or non-standard hours, including varying work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays, based on workload and as the operation dictates

Seeking candidates with strong analytical skills including excel and database knowledge. Duties include the following:

  • Maintain current budget data and reporting
  • Handle recurring reports and ad hoc data requests that may require pulling and formatting data to create pivot tables, reports, or summaries
  • Review staffing requests and staffing model changes to determine if budget is impacted
  • Consult with Executive Leaders on staffing counts and plans
  • Facilitate and gather updated staffing counts for annual budget planning
  • Create requirements and perform testing for development of staffing model
  • Responsible for maintenance and updates to applications and databases
  • Responsible for extracting data from various sources
  • Support confidential workforce strategy efforts
