You are: A self-motivated professional with a wide range of experience in critical thinking who can apply industry and Pitney Bowes knowledge to create measurable results by discovering insights and trends that solidify client partnerships, aid in growing the business and increasing client satisfaction. You are a solid communicator and problem-solver who can understand how to turn captured metrics into information that will be used to make knowledge-based business decisions. You are motivated by building the future and willing to dig deep into the data to reduce and ultimately solve client issues, always driving for small improvements in the process
You will:
  • Ensure all Zendesk requirements are clearly identified, documented and ultimately delivered through effective solutions.
  • Communicate benefits of client centric recommendations, gained through first hand client data from sources such as Zendesk, and internal SQL Server databases to aid in growing the business.
  • Participate in the design of development and deployment of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.
  • Create and present case studies to the business recommending network improvements or identifying network issues.
  • Establish expectations for metrics and identify what constitutes an unhealthy process.
  • Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunity to management.

Your background: As a Business Analyst, you have:
  • Knowledge of the Zendesk product, or comparable solutions
  • The ability to be a self-starter with new programs and software
  • A strong understanding of NPS and client survey, deployment, and interpretation of results
  • Experience setting strategy for departmental and enterprise-wise interactive dashboards, reports and analysis
