Provide expertise in a focused area of the business through analysis and understanding of business needs. Apply fundamental knowledge of a business area's processes and practices. Provide business knowledge and support for resolving technical issues in their focused areas of the business. Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address relatively simple business processes or projects of low to moderate complexity.
