Job Description :

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Translate and communicate complex data in summary form. Output should be easily understood and actionable.
  • Develop tools for automation and enhancing data analysis.
  • Develop and distribute adhoc report requests.
  • Develop applications for Allowance Audit/Billing and maintain existing applications.
  • Be accessible to the customer (internal and external) by ensuring an open line of communication.
  • Ensure all applications/reports/queries have been documented.
  • Lead or participate in design/testing efforts to implement solutions for areas of improvement for Allowance Audit/Billing.
  • Work with business end users to analyze business problems, determine requirements, and specify appropriate technical solutions.
  • Create, design and deliver intuitive design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas.

 

Qualifications

:

  • B/S in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related field.
  • 2 -- 5 years working in an analytical and reporting capacity.
  • Proficiency in VBA development and code maintenance.
  • Ability to write complex SQL statements.
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Strong experience working in the Microsoft Office suite of products such as Access but includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and results oriented.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under rigid time constraints.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Create network of contacts and resources to assist in job dependencies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior teamwork and strong customer service focus.
  • Honest and trustworthy, exhibiting sound business ethics.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements.
  • Ability to train users or give formal presentations in large group settings.
