Business Development Liaison

Home Care Assistance of Dallas is seeking a Business Development Liaison to join us in our mission to Change the Way the World Ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our expertise in Live-In care. We embrace a positive, balanced approach to aging centered on the evolving needs of older adults.

We provide the BEST training for business development in the industry. Once hired, our training process takes 4 - 8 weeks. Once trained, you will be a highly effective and productive member of our local, experienced winning team! Your successful contributions will be rewarded with salary and title will increases as you and the team as the company grows. We have a fixed career path so that your salary will increase along with the team. You will be able to grow into a compensation of over $80 - $100,000 per year over the next 2 - 5 years depending on your performance.

As a Business Development Liaison, you would work individually and within the team to support our growing business by generate qualified prospects for services. We are looking for entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals who excel at building new relationships, maintaining relationships, and working in a team environment

Some of the Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Calling on and developing new referral accounts in the local health and senior care community
  • Promoting our services in a professional and creative manner
  • Following up with all accounts and developing contacts into active referral sources
  • Managing ongoing relationships with key accounts, tracking their referral activity, ensuring their satisfaction with our relationship, and conducting all necessary follow-up
  • Taking after-hours and emergency calls from key accounts and coordinating with our client service team to ensure service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records on all prospective and active referral accounts
  • Working closely with the client service team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Completing all call schedules and sales reports in a timely manner
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly targets for new contacts, accounts and referrals
  • Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales and account management, preferably within home care, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sales
  • Be entrepreneurial and creative
  • Thrive in an independent, self-motivated environment with little direct supervision
  • Maximize the resources at their disposal to build and maintain relationships
  • Have a passion for senior care and client service
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with other staff members

    Job Type: Full-time

    Starting Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
