Role : Business Development Manager – IT Staffing Duration: Long term Location: Atlanta GA Description: Sales lead generation and pipeline management Coordinate with clients and arrange interviews between Clients and Job Candidates. The Business Development Manager will be required to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral and will require advanced communication and negotiating skills. Success driven with excellent communication skills. Strategize, plan, and execute business development and engagement approach for the assigned territory/accounts Meet assigned targets for sales volume and objectives Developed a sales philosophy that allows you to take a shared approach to business development Understand markets, customer needs, and general market activities Visit both new and existing clients to develop and secure new business contracts; Attend client meetings, conferences, and other venues to obtain new business Minimum 3-4 years of experience in US IT Staffing company is required If this opening suitable to you.
