This role will report to the Marketing Innovation Manager and will support the Innovation planning process for the entire West Division of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA). She/he will manage the day to day activities of innovation reporting, ad hoc reporting and analysis, and providing support on innovation forecasts when needed. In addition, she/he will work cross-functionally partnering with Commercial Planning, Legal, Marketing, and Supply/Demand Planning teams on upcoming innovation launches to ensure on time launch execution. She/he will support the Marketing Innovation Manager to complete pre and post launch analysis and provide insights into strengths and opportunity learnings for future launches. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. The role will also serve as a subject matter expert for Innovation and lead the weekly communication with Markets.
Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate and partner closely with Marketing Innovation Manager to provide Innovation analysis and ad hoc reporting for upcoming Innovation launches
Complete Chilled DSD and Food Service Innovation Forecasts
Assist in completing and submitting DGI forms for Division Initiatives
Provide/create innovation reporting tools to assist Markets and Key accounts on executional opportunities and cap closure initiatives
Support project manager and cross functional teams on Division initiatives
Provide post Innovation launch analysis to identify key learnings to improve on future launches
Attend weekly meetings with Market teams to advise on upcoming, current, and past innovation launches
Manage/create innovation matrix reports
Oversee new product setup within the Pepsi internal network
Collaborate with Marketing to manage sample request, distribution lists, and budget
Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent computational skills, e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, IRI
Prior Sales and/or supply planning experience
Prior experience working with PepsiCo internal sales systems is a plus
Prior knowledge working with systems data and BI networks
Certifications in PMI, Lean 6 Sigma, etc preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply planning, engineering, science, or related field required
2+ years’ experience in analyzing and interpreting sales and operations data
Strong communication skills: ability to clearly communicate business critical information to cross functional groups
Project Manager skills
Advanced analytical skills
Advanced Excel
Proficient in Power Point
Experience working with IRI and Tableau strongly preferred
Experience working with Sales and Operations Planning and/or Supply Planning
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience (beverage industry preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
