This is NOT a summer only internship. This will last indefinitely and could be up to 32 hours per week so local students are needed.

Resolves service delivery or functionality issues with a product. Provides timely communication to the end users. Escalates items to team leads or managers as necessary. Establishes relationships with product users. Contributes product knowledge to trainers, documenters and testers. Participates in small projects with guidance. Conducts follow up with end users to ensure successful implementations. Solicits end users for product functionality feedback.
Assists in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities
Contributes to initial troubleshooting activities
Responsible for learning and becoming proficient on assigned applications
Works with the team to help resolve product related issues submitted by the end users
Ensures solutions meet business user needs without the need for ongoing maintenance
Conducts research for greater understanding
Participates in multiple tasks at a time
Consistently deliver according to commitments
Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners
Work as part of a team and learning to work independently
Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed
Assists lead team members in formulating system communication
Assists with analysis of product incidents
Under supervision, contributes to pilot preparation, rollouts, process documentation, & support of changes
Collaborate with business analysts to learn project requirement process
Contributes to functional specifications
Facilitates scrum cadences
Assists in ensuring product deliverables meet stated business requirements
Learns HCA standards
Completes small project tasks contributing to delivery of solutions
Participates in testing of deliverables for small to medium project/product releases
With guidance, participates in peer reviews of requirements work completed by team members
Aids in development of user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids
Less than a year of experience is needed for a successful candidate.
A currently enrolled student or recent graduate from college would qualify for this position.
