Business & Technology Integration professionals advise upon, design, develop and/or deliver technology solutions that support best practice business changes Professionals in this position should have deep CRM process and configuration expertise in SAP C4HANA across all areas of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud, including but not limited to Account Contact Management Lead, Opportunity Management Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Quote Order Management, Configure Price Quote CPQ Service, Ticket Management, Call Center Management, Field Service Management, SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI Job Description SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture. SAP-CRM-Sales and Service professionals design, implement and deploy SAP customer relationship management solutions for sales, marketing, service management, mobility and customer interaction. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP C4HANA Sales Service Cloud aka Cloud for Customer, C4C, functional and technical experience required Minimum of 1 end-to-end SAP Sales Service Cloud aka Cloud for Customer, C4C implementation, including hands-on design and configuration
  • Minimum of 3 year of Team Lead experience External client facing consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years or 6 years plus an Associate’s Degree)
  • Professional Skills requirements
  • It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed. This role requires 100% travel flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday - Thursday)
