Job Description:

 Responsibilities:

• Lead a talented product and technology organization consisting of individuals who work together with a shared mission and goals, and collaborate with other departments in the achievement of company goals.
• Lead with a style that is hands-on, detail-oriented and metrics-driven without micro-managing or being overbearing.
• Support and continually improve an agile product development process.
• Show thought leadership for improving the overall system goals of stability, performance, and availability.
• Prepare formal communications documents such as outage reports, product and project plans, status updates and long-term planning documents.

 Experiences:

• Experience deploying architecture and systems at great scale with very high availability and cost efficiency.
• Experience operating in an environment that requires optimization of existing systems and building or buying new
• Knowledge of a diverse range of technologies and platforms.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
• Experience leading in a polyglot microservices environment with an overall goal of targeting the necessary.
