CIB Campus Recruiting, Talent Development Advisor

Overview: You will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates across our North America CIB businesses. As a Talent Development Advisor, your main responsibilities will include: executing a best in class virtual sourcing strategy, managing all candidate engagement and development, and managing the integral relationship between the students and our business to ensure that we hire the best junior talent.
Core Responsibilities
  • Manage a reduced footprint of CIB and firmwide campus schools and former school teams
  • Formulate effective recruiting processes considering school nuances and hiring priorities
  • Manage sourcing channels by executing to goals/ diversity plans and facilitating high quality virtual operations by partnering with internal teams to deploy strategic sourcing for the organization
  • Oversee the design, sourcing, and execution of in-house programs such as early identification diversity conferences and regional flagship programming
  • Pre-identify top talent by working through a specific and strategic sourcing method at targeted schools
  • Drive a robust sell and keep warm process for candidates you engage with virtually
  • Influence and drive key stakeholders (Talent Teams) to manage candidates through the attraction and engagement cycle
  • Ensure a seamless hand over between teams within the Campus Recruitment organization
  • Coordinate closely with Campus Marketing to ensure that we are maximizing our brand and driving innovation
  • Analyze various university metrics (diversity representation, course of study, alumnae career preferences, etc) to allow for a curated virtual sourcing campaign
  • Develop tools and standards to ensure best practices across our campus approach
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Talent Teams) to ensure that we communicate our results/hiring statistics, successes, challenges to ensure transparency with a view for continual improvement
  • Work to ensure that we are well connected and networked with the firms diversity strategies and key members of those groups
Required Experience
  • 3 years minimum experience in similar high volume recruiting position
  • Demonstrated history of developing highly successful innovative approaches to university recruiting in a competitive environment
  • Proven ability to build and cultivate relationships with the university community, including faculty, career services, other key student organizations/affinity networks
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal Talent Teams and manage consistent and efficient processes to achieve required results
  • Manage and coach candidates throughout the sourcing life cycle

  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision-making and leverage feedback
  • Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
Flexibility Responsibilities
  • During periods of high volumes the full team will be assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of key initiatives
