Responsible for providing product support and training for clients to ensure optimal fundraising events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consults with and assists clients before and after events to ensure fundraising efforts are optimized.
Attends client fundraising events and provides after-hours technical support on an on-call basis.
Establishes client profile in the CRM, which may include coordinating information from other departments.
Performs special projects as needed, including creating training materials, assisting with prospects product demonstrations, developing client-specific data reports, and product testing.
Acts as central point of contact to high-profile clients, as needed.
Provides in-depth technical support (they will fully train) to clients’ on all products and services.
Responds to inbound phone and email inquiries from clients and partners regarding the use of the company's products.
Represents the company in a professional and positive manner.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance at the worksite.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum of one year of experience in a Client Service, Customer Service, Technical Support or software support-related role.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience providing technical solutions to clients.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal communications during fast-paced situations.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and database management experience.
Monday - Friday. Regular business hours!
