The Client Success Analyst actively incorporates Compass mission into daily activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build constructive working relationships with clients, brokers/consultants, internal departments within Compass, such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc., and others to meet mutual goals and objectives.
  • Make clients and their needs a primary focus of ones actions, and ensure the portfolio of clients are satisfied by providing timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Report daily account management transactions in department client tracking system - SalesForce.
  • Leverage the standard marketing materials and content to increase the clients overall engagement and drive member engagement beyond the average.
  • Ensure the portfolio of clients are satisfied and demonstrate a strong knowledge of product through timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Ensure all necessary information, documents and communication materials are received from each client for effective member support by the Health Pro.
  • Effectively present Compass suite of services to the clients employees during employee meetings.
  • Must have the ability to work from our office in Downtown Dallas Mon Fri.
