We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate. Collections / Customer Service Representative will act as a point of contact for patients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the best resolution which best fit the individual needs of the patient. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, and identifying industry trends.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Collections / Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicating with patients to understand their needs and explain options for resolution.
  • Acting as an advocate with a focus on improving the collection experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.

  • Hours:

  • Variable weekly hours (up to 30). Additional hours to be determined after training.
  • Minimum of four days per week (Monday - Friday).
  • Required to work one night per week, two afternoons per week and two Fridays per month.
