Community Engagement Specialist

Street Addiction Institution, Inc. – Syracuse, NY

Let Me Be Great 44, is a pilot program that offers at-risk youth ages 11-14, non-traditional approaches to dealing with traumas specific to neighborhood conflict. This position is school based and provides wrap around services to clients. The goal is to support socio-emotional needs of youth and increase student performance.

Case management experience is a plus. Must be a team player and open to new ideas and innovative ways to approach children and families that represent a marginalized population.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, a valid drivers license, liability insurance, and a clean drivers abstract is required. Applicant is subject to a background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16,000.00 to $16,800.00 /year
