COMPENSATION ANALYST Bachelors degree in human resources (HR), industrial/organizational psychology, public admin or related field required. Relevant, recent HR experience (within actual HR Dept) performing detailed analyses regarding compensation, classification or benefits may be substituted for degree. Recent compensation/classification experience or general, professional-level HR exp. w/related degree is required. Strong experience in Excel & other Microsoft software. Knowledge of ADAAA, FLSA and compensation/classification related rules and regulations required. Salary for Compensation Analyst is $4,538 - $6,117 monthly. To qualify for SR COMPENSATION ANALYST, must have education & experience commensurate with a bachelors degree in HR or related, plus 3 years relevant, recent HR experience w/strong emphasis in compensation/classification analyses or equivalent experience. Salary for Sr Compensation Analyst is $4,648 - $6,914 monthly.
