Customer Demand Analyst / Data Analytics Fort Worth, TX (11519)


  • Provide support to internal and external customers in answering technical questions and requests by phone call, mail or Salesforce cases
  • Handle all administrative functions of customers accounts and subscriptions (account and subscription creation/update, order processing) relating to customers repair orders.
  • Evaluate customer requests and validate eligibility for products or services by requesting and reviewing customer provided identification documentation.
  • Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Co-ordinate all customers enquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Provide information to customers for requests relating to understanding and interpreting technical publications.
  • Provide information to customers for requests relating website/portal access, library provisioning and general website/portal knowledge. Includes account or website/portal troubleshooting.
  • Manage customers expectation and satisfaction.
  • Perform back up to other Aerospace Logistics Engineers with in tech pubs department.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.


  • Five years experience with aircraft maintenance and technical publications and customer service
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in multiple software applications concurrently to resolve customer requests.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • General understanding of aircraft/helicopter ownership and operator documents
  • General understanding of Regulatory agencies and requirements (FAR, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Salesforce experience is desirable.
  • SAP/CRM experience is desirable.
  • BS preferred
  • 5+ years related experience, Aerospace / Preferably in Aftermarket (Customer support Service)
  • US Citizen required
